I am seeking the participation/investment of a venture capital firm with the right experience to license or sell my start-up company’s patent on a new and disruptive technology to the High-Tech Industry.

I am the inventor of a new technology which brings about profound changes in the High-Tech Industry.

My invention, i.e. the new technology, makes it possible to mass produce graphene transistors.

Graphene transistors perform 10,000 times faster than the conventional transistors which makes them the prerequisite for the next revolution in the High-Tech Industry.

The “giants” of the High-Tech industry (such as IBM, Intel and General Electric Corporations) have been investing heavily in research for a decade to find a technology to mass produce graphene transistors so that they can replace the contemporary transistors with the superior graphene transistors in their products. As of yet, they have been unsuccessful.

My patented new technology has solved the problem of mass production. Furthermore, my graphene transistors are produced at a lower cost than the contemporary transistors i.e. superior transistors at a lower cost.

My new technology possesses the following attributes: An exceptionally high growth potential, low risk, no competitor, and, fast return on investment.

The size of the market for graphene transistors is boundless as they are destined to replace the conventional transistors in virtually all electronic devices e.g. Mobile phones, tablets, computers, laptops, automobiles, “household” appliances such as TV sets, washing machines, refrigerators, microwave ovens – the list is endless.

Competition: My technology has, as of yet, no competitors, as the industry giants have been unable to come up with their own version of the technology.

High growth potential: Imagine, for example, that Apple® decides not to use the less expensive yet superior graphene transistors in their next generation of their I-Phones® while its competitor decides otherwise. For each 1% loss in sales to the competition, they will lose $2 billion in annual sales.

Low risk: The costly and time-consuming pre-requisite scientific and laboratory work for my invention has already been done and paid for.

Fast return on investment: The existence of a substantial market and a lack of a competitor ensure a fast return on investment.

Other advantages of graphene transistors (over the conventional transistors):

  • They are much smaller than the conventional transistors allowing even more miniaturization of devices e.g. medical implant devices.
  • They consume almost no battery energy while in operation, so battery charge lasts much longer.
  • They operate 10,000 times faster than the conventional transistors.
  • They generate zero heat while in operation.
  • They are manufactured at a lower cost than the conventional transistors.
